Ingredients
Instructions
- Sprinkle the cleaned and dried shrimp with spices: salt, pepper, and paprika
- Chop the garlic cloves with a knife and finely chop the parsley
- Grate the lemon peel separately and then squeeze out its juice using a juicer
- Pour oil and butter into a heated pan. Fry the crushed garlic and red pepper for 30 seconds, or until the garlic is golden brown, then immediately remove all the cloves
- Instead, add the prepared shrimp to the pan and fry until cooked through for 3-5 minutes, depending on their size
- At the end, turn off the heat (or remove the pan from the stove). Pour in the lemon juice, add the zest, mix everything together, and serve immediately while hot
Notes
-
It’s advisable to follow the recommendation of cooking shrimp in a combination of butter and oil, as this enhances the flavor and adds depth to the dish.
-
Red pepper can be substituted with a spicy seasoning; just add a little during the frying stage of the garlic to infuse the dish with heat.
-
As an idea for another dish, you can add boiled pasta to the pan with the shrimp and sauce at the end. Mix everything and sprinkle with grated Parmesan for a delightful finish—I promise it will be delicious!
