Avocado sandwich spread just in 3 min
Fast, nutritious, delicious and a rather attractive option for serving avocado. We serve it for breakfast, as a snack or as an addition to the second course

Ingredients
  • avocado 1 pc
  • sour-cream 1-2 tbsp
  • cream cheese 1 tbsp
  • feta cheese 50 g
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • lemon juice 5-10 ml
  • dried garlic ½ tsp
  • bread/flatbread/ tortillas 3-4 small pc
  • boiled eggs/lightly salted fish/baked meat for serving
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the spread in the bowl of a blender until smooth
  2. Toast the bread until crusty in a toaster, on a baking sheet (frying pan) or in the oven
  3. Сover each loaf with a spread and put your favorite type of protein on them.
  4. We serve it for breakfast, as a snack or as an addition to the second course
Notes

More ripe avocado - more tender and tasty the spread will be.

You can cook without cream cheese (it's also delicious), but with it the spread is more structured.

You can add any greens to the spread for an expressive taste.
