- Cut your cleaned baby potatoes in half and cut the sliced bacon in half as well.
- Wrap each potato half in a slice of bacon and place them on a clean, dry baking tray.
- Bake in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for 30 minutes.
- Serve the hot, ready-to-eat potatoes sprinkled with fresh herbs, alongside a cold sauce, sour cream, or Greek yogurt.
Notes
You can also use regular-sized potatoes and create your sauce for serving.
Remember: the larger your potato, the longer it will take to bake.
Additionally, the fattier the bacon, the juicier your potatoes will be, and vice versa.
