Baked oatmeal with banana, cinnamon and chocolate chips
One of my favorite breakfasts - Baked oatmeal with bananas, cinnamon and chocolate chips.You can prepare it in advance but if you have time - even better to cook, especially before serving. Just a few ingredients and different cooking way can create totally new breakfast for all of your family. Try it!

- In a medium bowl mix all the dry ingredients: oatmeal, cinnamon, baking powder, salt
- In a large bowl, blend two eggs, one pc of banana, and vanilla extract until smooth. Then add milk and mix everything
- Stir dry ingredients and egg batter in a large bowl until smooth. Then add nuts and chocolate as you like it and mix again
- One more banana cut into slices
- The bottom and sides of ceramic molds grease with oil or melted butter
- Put banana slices on the bottom and fill all the molds with batter
- Bake this oatmeal in a preheated oven to 350 F / 180 C for 20-30 minutes. It depends on the mold sizes (as bigger mold - as more time to bake)
- Serve hot with fresh berries, fruits, and sprinkled nuts Also, you can add Nutella, honey, or maple syrup.
