The best fresh summer dessert
from peaches
Fresh, useful, absolutely delicious and sooo simple summer (not only) dessert

Ingredients
- peaches/nectarines 4-5 pcs
- honey/agave syrup 50-75 ml
- cinnamon to taste
- ice-cream 100-200 g
- mint leaves/roasted nuts for serving
Instructions
- Clean the fruit from the bones and cut into pieces
- Place the pieces on a baking sheet, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon
- Bake in preheated to 180/350 degrees oven about 20-25 min, until soft
- Serve hot, with scoops of ice cream, nuts, mint and enjoy
Notes
It is desirable that the peaches are firm, then they will hold their shape well after cooking.
It is possible to cook peaches without sweetener. Will better to cover them with foil during baking, so that they are soft and not dry.
