- Slice the bananas lengthwise or cut them into short pieces, and chop the chocolate
- Heat the pan and melt the butter in it
- Fry the bananas in butter until golden brown on both sides
- Spread the fried bananas on lavash or a tortilla. Sprinkle with chocolate, chocolate with nuts, or just nuts on top. Then, wrap the lavash in tubes or a burrito-shape
- grill for a few minutes until the chocolate melts. Add your favorite toppings and serve while hot
Notes
For a crispier crust, spray the pita with oil before grilling
