Quick and Easy Pan Pizza in 10 min

- Mix all the ingredients for the pizza sauce in a medium bowl: sour cream or yogurt, tomato paste, and soy sauce. Then, add fresh shredded Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth
- Dice and slice the vegetables, sausages, and greens
- Grease your cold pan with oil. Place one of the tortillas at the bottom and spread it with your pizza sauce. You can also add more shredded cheese if you like
- Place the second tortilla on top, spread sauce on it, and then add all the chopped ingredients
- Cover this with a generous amount of cheese again and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, until the bottom crust is golden and the cheese is melted
- Serve with fresh greens, sesame seeds, and other toppings as desired
