Ingredients
  • Yogurt 180 ml
  • Coffee 200 ml
  • Cocoa powder 30 g
  • Sweetener / Maple syrup to taste
  • Chia seeds 30-45 g
  • Shredded chocolate / Coffee beans to serve

Instructions
  1. Brew your favorite coffee and let it cool to room temperature
  2. Using a whisk (or, even better, a blender), combine the cocoa, coffee, yogurt, and sweetener until smooth. Then, pour in the chia seeds and mix well
  3. pour the entire mixture into a serving bowl or individual glasses (with a lid) and refrigerate for a few hours
  4. Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa powder or grated chocolate
Notes
  • You can adjust the thickness of the dessert by reducing the amount of liquid ingredients (coffee or yogurt) or increasing the chia seeds.
  • If you let it sit overnight, the seeds will swell even more and the flavors will have time to meld.
  • The dessert can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
