Berry Clafoutis
Berry Clafoutis — a classic French dessert with fresh, juicy berries baked in a light, custard-like batter. It’s especially delightful in summer when berries are at their sweetest and juiciest, making each bite burst with flavor. Quick to prepare, simple yet elegant, it’s the perfect way to enjoy seasonal fruit with minimal effort.

- Pour in the milk with the cream, then add the melted butter.

Notes
Key tips for baking:
You can use cherries either fresh or frozen, or even replace them with other tart berries — it will still taste great.
It’s best if all ingredients are at room temperature.
The cake won’t be fluffy — that’s normal (there’s no baking powder or soda added). That’s its special feature.
Tastes great both warm and cold (my favorite way to serve it is while it’s still warm, with a [scoop](https://amzn.to/3HlWcYg) of ice cream — chocolate works too).
