Chicken Cesar Tacos

Ingredients
- Tortillas 4-6 pcs
- Minced chicken or turkey 350-400 g
- Salt / Pepper to taste
- Dried oregano ½ tsp
- Dried paprika ½ tsp
- Dried garlic ½ tsp
- Oil for frying
For the dressing
- Greek yogurt 30-50 g
- Mayonnaise 30-50 g
- Salt / Pepper to taste
- Garlic minced 1-2 gloves
- Dried oregano ¼ tsp
- Lemon juice 10-20 ml
- Romaine lettuce 50-100 g
- Parmesan cheese 30-50 g
- Bacon 1-2 slices
Instructions
- In a deep bowl, mix the minced meat, salt, pepper, and the remaining spices until smooth
- spread the mixture evenly on each tortilla in a thin layer and fry on both sides until the meat is cooked through
- In the meantime, mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl
- On the prepared, cooled tortillas, spread chopped lettuce leaves, and pieces of pre-fried bacon and sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese.
- In just a few minutes, the tacos will be ready!
