Chicken Cesar Tacos
These tacos are a perfect balance of all the essential nutrients, offering both great taste and nutritional benefits. They’re incredibly quick to prepare, yet impressive enough to be served at a festive table without hesitation.

Ingredients
  • Tortillas 4-6 pcs
  • Minced chicken or turkey 350-400 g
  • Salt / Pepper to taste
  • Dried oregano ½ tsp
  • Dried paprika ½ tsp
  • Dried garlic ½ tsp
  • Oil for frying
For the dressing
  • Greek yogurt 30-50 g
  • Mayonnaise 30-50 g
  • Salt / Pepper to taste
  • Garlic minced 1-2 gloves
  • Dried oregano ¼ tsp
  • Lemon juice 10-20 ml
  • Romaine lettuce 50-100 g
  • Parmesan cheese 30-50 g
  • Bacon 1-2 slices

Instructions
  1. In a deep bowl, mix the minced meat, salt, pepper, and the remaining spices until smooth
  2. spread the mixture evenly on each tortilla in a thin layer and fry on both sides until the meat is cooked through
  3. In the meantime, mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl
  4. On the prepared, cooled tortillas, spread chopped lettuce leaves, and pieces of pre-fried bacon and sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese.
  5. In just a few minutes, the tacos will be ready!
Notes
  • Tortillas can vary in size— the smaller they are, the more servings you'll get. You can also choose the type of tortilla based on your taste preferences.

  • The minced meat doesn't have to be chicken; beef works well for this dish.

  • It’s a good idea to spread the minced meat in a thin layer for the best texture. This prevents the tortilla from becoming too tough, keeps it from separating, and ensures the meat cooks evenly.

  • You can prepare the sauce without mayonnaise by using sour cream instead, although the mayo does provide a more distinct flavor.

  • These fried tortillas with minced meat can be prepared and reheated before serving. Add fresh lettuce, grate some cheese, and serve them boldly at a festive table or as a tasty snack.
