Ingredients
  • Cottage cheese / Yogurt 250 g
  • Coconut milk 75-100 ml
  • Sweetener / Maple syrup to taste
  • Cocoa powder 25 g
  • Chia seeds 25 g
  • Chocolate drops to serve

Instructions
  1. The method is perfect for the lazy or anyone short on time. In a mixer, combine the cottage cheese (or yogurt, or both), coconut milk, sweetener, and cocoa until smooth. Finally, add the chia seeds and mix gently.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or individual glasses and refrigerate for a few hours to allow it to set
  3. Before serving, top with chocolate chips, grated chocolate, or your favorite nuts
Notes
  • For this dessert, you can use yogurt, cottage cheese, or cream cheese (which will give it the most tender texture). If you like, you can mix them in any proportion.

  • You can also adjust the density of the dessert by varying the amount of liquid ingredients or chia seeds.

  • This chocolate dessert is a perfect alternative to high-calorie cream-chocolate mousses and can easily fit into your daily diet, or serve as a snack throughout the day.

  • If you prefer, you can swap the sweetener for maple syrup, though it will make the dessert more caloric.
