Ingredients
Instructions
- In a large bowl, use a blender or mixer to combine cream cheese, sour cream, mustard, and your chosen salt and spices until smooth
- Add nuts, cranberries, feta cheese, pre-boiled chicken, and chopped green onions (cut with kitchen scissors). Mix everything thoroughly with a spatula
- Cover your work surface with cling film and lay the tortillas (or one large sheet) on top
- Evenly spread the filling over the tortilla and carefully roll it up using the cling film. It's best to refrigerate it for a few hours to stabilize. Just before serving, slice it into small pieces and serve!
Notes
- As always, most of the ingredients can be adjusted based on what you have at home and your preferences:
Sour cream can be replaced with Greek yogurt.
Almonds can be swapped for any other roasted nuts.
Cranberries can be substituted with dried apricots, raisins, or similar options.
-
It’s best to use cream cheese at room temperature.
-
For added convenience, you can wrap the roll in cling film. The longer it sits in the fridge before serving, the more stable it will become (making it easier to cut). It stores well and tastes incredible!
