I would call this dish 'Healthy Cheesecake,' although, in fact, it’s more of a casserole—but what a casserole it is! It’s the perfect recipe for those who love dairy products and desserts but want to reduce their calorie and sugar intake. The cooking process is absolutely simple yet delivers maximum flavor.

Ingredients
  • Cottage (farm) cheese 200 g
  • Greek Yogurt 60-75 g
  • Sweetener/Maple syrup/Stevia/Honey 30-50 ml
  • Egg (large) 1 pc
  • Blueberry 50 g
  • Raspberry 50 g
  • Nuts/ Fresh berries/ Coconut flakes optional (to serve)

Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender— cottage cheese, yogurt, egg, and sweetener. blend until smooth
  2. Gently fold the berries into the cheese mixture, then pour it into a baking dish
  3. bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes. Then let it cool completely in the refrigerator
  4. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with nuts or seeds, and top with dried or fresh berries—then it's ready to enjoy!
Notes
  • If you bake the casserole in a silicone mold, let it cool completely before carefully slicing and serving in portions.

  • You can use any berries based on availability, seasonality, or personal preference—both fresh and frozen work well.

  • Using low-fat cheese and yogurt, the dessert will have approximately 350 kcal per serving.
  • I highly recommend serving it chilled. If you plan to have it for breakfast, it’s best to prepare it the night before
