Healthy Cheesecake
I would call this dish 'Healthy Cheesecake,' although, in fact, it’s more of a casserole—but what a casserole it is! It’s the perfect recipe for those who love dairy products and desserts but want to reduce their calorie and sugar intake. The cooking process is absolutely simple yet delivers maximum flavor.

Notes
-
If you bake the casserole in a silicone mold, let it cool completely before carefully slicing and serving in portions.
-
You can use any berries based on availability, seasonality, or personal preference—both fresh and frozen work well.
- Using low-fat cheese and yogurt, the dessert will have approximately 350 kcal per serving.
- I highly recommend serving it chilled. If you plan to have it for breakfast, it’s best to prepare it the night before
