Ingredients
For the Cinnabon
  • Tortillas 2 pcs
  • Cream Cheese 100 g
  • Pumpkin puree 50-75 g
  • Cinnamon ½ tsp
  • Pumpkin spice ½ tsp
  • Sweetener (stevia) to taste (1-2 tsp)
For Cinnabon cream
  • Cream Cheese (room temperature) 100 g
  • Butter (soft, room temperature) 50-75 g
  • Pumpkin puree 50-75 g
  • Cinnamon and pumpkin spices ¼ tsp
  • Sweetener (stevia) to taste (1-2 tsp)
  • Any nuts, honey, maple syrup to serve

Instructions
For the Cinnnabon
  1. Spread a layer of cream cheese on one tortilla, then top with pumpkin puree. Sprinkle with cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and your choice of sweetener for a flavorful and comforting treat
  2. Place another tortilla on top, then carefully roll it up tightly, ensuring all the fillings are secured inside
  3. Cut the rolled-up tortilla into small pieces and arrange them in a silicone or paper mold. cook in the airfryer at 400°F (220°C) for 6-8 minutes or until golden and crispy
For the Cinnabon cream
  1. Combine all the necessary ingredients—cream cheese, butter, pumpkin puree, sweetener, and spices—in a deep bowl. Whisk or, for best results, blend with a hand blender until the mixture is smooth, fluffy, and well combined
  1. Once the cinnabons are hot and fresh from the AirFryer, spread the prepared cream mixture on top. Finish by topping with chopped nuts and a drizzle of honey or syrup for an extra touch of sweetness and crunch. Serve immediately for a warm, delicious treat!
Notes
  • You can substitute tortilla with pita bread (lavash), though remember that if the lavash is too thin, the rolls might not hold together. However, I found that lavash makes the rolls tastier, as it contains less flour and gives a lighter, more delicate texture.

  • Feel free to customize the recipe by swapping ingredients to suit your taste. You can make it without butter, replace the cream cheese with sour cream, or even skip the pumpkin puree entirely. Adjusting the ingredients allows you to create a version that’s perfect for your preferences!

  • You can also bake these cinnabons in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes or until a golden crust forms. This method will give them a slightly different texture but still deliver a delicious, warm treat!

  • Be cautious when adding spices, as too much can make the cinnabon bitter (this is a proven tip!). Start with small amounts and taste as you go to ensure the perfect balance of flavor.
