Cookies Twins
You don’t need to buy cookies and worry about them spoiling or not finishing them in time. Instead, plan to keep some puff pastry and a jar of nut spread (like Nutella) on hand. Then, when the opportunity arises, take a 20-minute break from your daily routine to make these cookies. It’s a great activity to share with kids, combining fun and creativity. Quick, simple, and delicious—just how I like it!

Notes
-
It’s advisable always to keep puff pastry in the freezer and take it out about an hour before use to defrost.
-
The oven must be preheated, and it’s important not to open the door during baking.
-
The nut paste can be made from any nuts or even replaced with jam. Choosing high-quality dough for these cookies is VERY IMPORTANT!

Of course, the cookies can be shaped any way you like.
