Ingredients
  • Yogurt 180 ml
  • Coconut milk 180 ml
  • Frozen (fresh) Raspberry 50-60 g
  • Sweetener / Maple syrup to taste
  • Chia seeds 25 g
  • Fresh berries / Coconut flakes to serve

Instructions
  1. It's super simple! Just add the raspberries, yogurt, coconut milk, and sweetener to a blender, one by one, and blend until smooth
  2. Add the chia seeds, mix well, and pour the mixture into a serving bowl or individual glasses. Refrigerate for a few hours
  3. Before serving, sprinkle with coconut flakes and top with fresh berries. Absolutely divine!
Notes
  • You can adjust the thickness of the dessert by changing the volume of liquid ingredients or the amount of chia seeds—the choice is yours.

  • You can also make this dessert in any flavor by swapping the raspberries for your favorite berries or fruits.
