- blend the chilled and cleaned strawberries with an immersion blender, leaving some chunks for texture
- In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stable peaks form. Gradually add the condensed milk, mixing until smooth and well combined. Then gently fold in the blended strawberries
