  • Fresh strawberry 250 g
  • Heavy Cream 400 ml
  • Concerned milk 250 g
  • Nuts/Fresh mint/strawberry to serve
  • Waffle cones / Waffle cups 8-10 pcs

Instructions
  1. blend the chilled and cleaned strawberries with an immersion blender, leaving some chunks for texture
  2. In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stable peaks form. Gradually add the condensed milk, mixing until smooth and well combined. Then gently fold in the blended strawberries
  3. Після цього, ложкою для морозива набери кульку цієї маси, переклади у вафельний стаканчик. Присип горішками, мʼятою чи полуницею та насолоджуйся натуральним, нереально смачним літнім десертом!
Notes
  • ALL INGREDIENTS (including the whisk and mixer bowl) must be CHILLED!

  • You can swap strawberries for any other favorite or seasonal berries.

  • It’s more convenient to prepare it in the evening — and by morning, your ice cream will be ready.

  • You can even enjoy it before freezing, as a mousse-like dessert (but that’s a whole other story).
