- In a blender, crush the savoiardi biscuits into fine crumbs. Transfer everything to a large, deep bowl
- Add the cooled coffee, liqueur, and cream cheese to the crumbs. Mix everything by hand or with a spatula until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform
- With damp hands, shape the mixture into balls, place them on parchment paper, and refrigerate for about 2 hours
- After the resting time, roll the balls in cocoa powder and serve as a full-fledged dessert. Enjoy!
